Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver all over DFW and beyond. There is no delivery fee if you are within 15 miles of our studio. Additional mileage is billed beyond that at $150 per mile.

Do you require a retainer?

Yes we do. We require a non-refundable retainer to save your desired date. Your retainer is applied to your total balance and your final balance is due 1 week prior to your event for all rentals and 21 days for all full wedding florals.

How soon should I book my rentals & florals?

For rental items it’s highly suggested to get on our books at least 2 weeks prior to your event to allow us time to add you to our schedule. Custom orders require us to have 30 days prior to your event. Although we have pulled off a wedding within a months notice! We want to make sure all florals and any substitutions are availabe so we ask for full wedding you get on our books 3 months in advance. * custom items will have a rush fee if 30 days notice is not provided. 

Weather

We highly encourage you to have a back up plan if your event is outdoors as we do not provide refunds and we will not set up our rentals outside in the elements. 

Cancellation Policy (for NON custom designs)

Retainers are not refundable. You can cancel and reschedule your rental with a 30 day written notice. We will honor your funds for up to a year given that the date and time of your event is available. 

Damages/Loss

All damages and loss of Dallas Blooms’ property will be subject to the customer's financial responsibility. Please make sure that you are looking over and reading your rental contract.
